Installation Notes
    Raise the car and remove the right front tire
    Remove the trim panel covering the intercooler
  • Loosen the clamp connecting the small rubber IC elbow to the intercooler
  • Loosen the clamp connecting the small rubber IC elbow to the plastic IC pipe section
  • Loosen the clamp on the BOV return tube and remove BOV.
    • Sorry for the lack of pictures here, but they didn't turn out
  • Loosen the two bolts holding the fuse/relay box
  • Remove the two bolts on the upper IC pipe bracket
  • Loosen the clamp holding the plastic IC pipe section to the large upper rubber IC hose
  • Carefully remove the plastic upper IC pipe by pulling to the drivers side of the car
  • Remove the small rubber IC elbow from the intercooler
  • Attach the new rubber elbow to the Dave Brode upper IC pipe and slip the pipe onto the intercooler
  • Connect the IC pipe to the large upper rubber IC hose
  • Tighten all the clamps
  • Install 1G BOV.  It doesn't hurt to use a bit of RTV on the gasket
  • Attach the BOV dump tube to the 1G BOV
  • Enjoy!
